Our Team

The engineers who become your AI team

Civil engineers who also write software. We embed with architecture and engineering firms as the AI and software capability they have not hired, and leave them owning what we build.

    Talk to the team

We've watched engineering teams lose hours to repetitive documentation, manual data entry, scattered tools, and workflows that haven't changed in decades.

VibeOps exists to build focused software that fits real workflows, so teams spend more time on actual engineering and less time fighting their tools.

    Civil Engineering Workflows

Hey, I'm Zander. I started out in civil engineering at a City and saw just how much of the job was manual, repetitive work. I picked up software through freelancing in university, then landed my first engineering job in consulting, which is where I got hooked on helping clients fix their tools. VibeOps grew out of that.

    Contributor · GTM Strategy

    Market Research & Opportunity Mapping

Nishant builds VibeOps' data-driven view of the market, pinpointing where civil-engineering and construction teams lose the most time to manual, repetitive work that AI can take off their plate. He designed an AI-powered research pipeline that mined hundreds of real practitioner pain points across estimating, submittals, drawings, and the field, then scored and ranked them into a prioritized opportunity map. That work directly informs which problems VibeOps takes on first and how we describe them.

    How we work

We embed with an engineering firm as the AI and software team it does not have: learning the workflow, proving the hard part on real project material, building it, and handing over something the firm owns and operates.

    Mission

Give engineering firms the AI and software capability they would otherwise have to hire.

    What we do

Implement AI on confidential project data, integrate the systems you already run, and build the tools nobody sells you.

Need an AI team you don’t have to hire?
